Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ This restaurant is located in a primarily rural area. She creates anything from traditional pies to corned beef pie, macaroni and cheese pie pulled pork pie. People are ordering over the phone and lining up to obtain her pies. She also participates in various charities throughout the community. Her daughters are also an integral part of the business.
Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ This is a relatively new restaurant run by Shannon Cheever’s who is a local resident, along with her daughters. She creates a variety of unique pies, from traditional to macaroni and cheese and pulled pork pie, Shepherd Pie and corned beef Reuben pie. She also creates very imaginative pastries. We are in a rural town and her restaurant is ALWAYS busy. She also helps to volunteer with various organizations throughout the community. She is truly one of a kind
Shannon’s Eyes on the Pies I have a suggestion, fall is almost here why not do a show on pies. Here in upstate New York we have so many great locations....for example. Shannon’s Eyes on the Pies. She smokes her own pork to make a pulled pork pot pie. She makes killer pot pies of all varies. Quiches, soups and oh my gosh so much more. We are in Warwick New York.....better known as Black Dirt country.....wineries, dairy farms and onion farmers. Come visit the locals you won’t be sorry. Shannon’s has 2 locations she uses our local produce and her pies will knock your socks off. Come on Food Network add a twist to your programming!!
Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ Shannon’s eyes on the pies is my favorite place in the world! She makes the best pies savory and sweet, pastries, cookies, soups, and just So much more. I can’t even choose a favorite there but if I had too I’d say the salted Carmel and cookie Carmel crumb crunch. Also the killer shrimp soup and chili dogs in pastry dough are so good. See it’s hard to choose. Besides the amazing food Shannon is an awesome caring giving person who works so hard for everything she has and is a breast cancer survivor. You can really tell she loves what she does because it shows in her food. Shannon deserves all the recognition in the world! Thank you
Shannon’s Eyes on the Pies in Warwick, NY This would be an awesome visit and quite a story for Guy to share. Shannon is a breast cancer survivor. She started baking her pies out of her house, sold some at farm stands, etc. and got huge reactions that they are amazing. Shannon opened her first tiny shop in Hewitt, NJ. Her business exploded. There is nothing like it anywhere that I'm aware of. All her pies are made completely from scratch. She has an amazing menu of dinner pies, desert pies and all other little goodies. Shannon has been invited to every town fair and event there is and she never turns down anyone's request. This woman works incredibly hard 7 days a week, for long hours each day. She is overloaded with orders during any holiday time. Shannon is also an amazing individual. When you chat with her, you will laugh, you will cry, you will be in awe and you will want to continue to cheer her on. I think how she created her business out of hard work and dreams would be an amazing story. Thank you for the consideration.
Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ Shannon Cheevers has a story behind her two restaurants, one located in Hewitt, NJ, and the other in Pine Island, NY. She is a breast cancer survivor and spreads the word about breast cancer, destigmatizing it and raising money for research. If you’re lucky, Shannon’s smiling face (and pink hair) will greet you and then invite you to feast your eyes on her savory pies (too numerous to list), quiches, fruit crumb pies, chocolate cream and cookie crumb pies, or my personal favorite, the chocolate caramel pie. Don’t stop there. Try the apple roses, tiramisu, banana bombs, or an ice cream pie. Almost forgot the satisfying soups and chili and the foot long hotdogs. Shannon’s Eyes On The Pies has become a regular stop for me, at least every other week. Try the skirt steak!!
Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ Fantastic stick to your ribs pot pies and tasty dessert pies. Mac and cheese porous and pulled pork are our go to favorites. Banana cream pie with caramel and cherries is the most diet smashing dessert pie. Pecan pie is another favorite. Great small town place and the owner has a great personal story makes it even better.

Shannon, (a breast cancer survivor, so everything is pink, and she gives back too) makes sweet and savory pies that are outrageous. She also makes quiches, specialty desserts, and home made soups. These pies are amazing. Just this week, I tried the pulled pork pie which was amazing. All the pies are homemade, and she is trying new things all the time. She even does a "Taylor ham, egg, and cheese" pie that can only be made in NJ, as that is our unofficial state meat. There are so many reasons to go to Shannon's Eyes on the Pies. Too many to list. Please give it a try, you will not be sorry.

Shannon's Eyes on the Pies in Hewitt, NJ This is a bakery / lunch spot that does it all. Chicken pot pies, steak pies, full size hot dogs/ cheddar dogs in pastry. Don't even get me started on desserts; Southern style bourbon Pecan pie, dark chocolate salted caramel pie that'll knock the taste buds straight off your tongue. All run by Shannon who is a local to the area, trained chef, and breast cancer survivor. You will not be disappointed!
Shannon's Eyes on the Pies A must!!! The baked goods, soups, cakes, and OF COURSE pies, are unbelievable! The owner, Shannon Cheevers, sources local fresh produce and ingredients, and puts her signature spin on comfort foods and favorites. I would have to say a true treat, aside from the food, is the owner herself. One of the strongest, supportive and loyal people you would want as a friend and business owner. Shannon gives back to her community and the communities where her shops are located. You come in for the food and leave as a member of her family. Shannon's pastries are among my favorites!!!
SHANNON'S EYES ON THE PIES This is a unique place in Warwick, NY that you must visit. Shannon makes savory pies of all kinds and sweet pies. In addition to soups, chili etc.....Shannon is one of the hardest works I know dedicated to the service of her communities. She has 2 locations --1 in Warwick , NY and another in Hewitt, NJ. She uses local ingredients and bakes fresh daily. You can eat in the Warwick Location and will not regret taking the trip. Warwick, NY is Black Dirt Country we are surrounded by farms, wineries and dairy farms. Guy come check us out.
