You have got to come down to Coral Gables (Miami) and try this place out. The chef has won a few Chopped championships but his food is out of bounds. His Pasta Carbonara is hands down the best thing I have ever eaten. Take it up a notch and go for brunch and order the Carbonara Toast for lunch. It is like a hollandaise meets pasta carbonara on cuban bread with some delicious poached eggs. And his dessert.......The Dirt Cup.....c'mon, you have to have it. Whipped Neutella mixed with caramel and crushed pretzels and ice cream and a layer of whipped cream with a cookie crumble all served in a pot for plants..... This place has been voted best place to eat in the Gables and top 10 best places to eat in miami. It is a must try!
