Guy I have been to triple D places in a few locations across the US. But never in my town have qas there a place I would even consider emailing you about. You definitely need to come check out Estime Cafe in Colonia NJ. Chef Duke Estime has finally brought a great breakfast and lunch spot to Woodbridge Twp NJ. Guy, you need to get the Camaro over to Central Jersey because Estime’s Cafe in Colonia is putting a mind-blowing, high-culinary spin on the classic neighborhood breakfast joint. Run by brothers Dumond and Duke Estime, this place takes standard American diner and brunch staples and supercharges them with incredible Haitian and Caribbean flavors.Executive Chef Duke Estime brings elite pedigree straight from the New York Institute for Culinary Education and the legendary James Beard House, but instead of staying in fine dining, he’s serving up scratch-made, out-of-bounds comfort food right off a neighborhood flat top. It’s small, it’s constantly bustling, and the flavors are absolutely massive.
Guy again you have been to NJ and have missed this hidden GEM!!!!. All the food is outrageous here. I have freinds that live on the other side of state and will make tomento stop for Dukes Shrimp and grits. They have all you typical cafe affair. He also hosts dinners 2 nights a week and his steak and lamb chops are to fie for. So when you come.back to jersey dont.miss out Tony
