This is Ganny’s Pie Shop second location, as her first location burnt down. She is a experienced baker. She can make 90, yes I said 90, different pies in NON-commercial oven in an old yellow house that has been converted to a lunch/pie shop. She has been able to cook several pies in less than 2 hours. Ganny, Georgia, can make gluten free, sugar free and even low carb (unheard of when you are referencing a pie). Ganny has been in this quaint town of Winnsboro, Tx for decades. I discovered her only 6 years ago when I bought a lake house and a neighbor gifted me with a DELICIOUS buttermilk pie. Besides just pies and her daily lunch, she is raising her 2 grandchildren alone, her husband for over 40 years just passed. She has a snappy personality, and you never want to stand her up and not pick up your pie order! Trust me if you do you’ll get an bad mark on your name in her contacts on her phone.
