Side A Brewing in La Grande, OR
This place has one dish that I could live on every day and that is the Korean Pork Tacos. Of course, everything else is good too, including their burgers and Dirty Chicken Salad. They always have a great selection of beer and cider on tap and an atmosphere that keeps people near and far coming back for more. The actual restaurant is in an old firehouse and it contains the Eastern Oregon Fire Museum. Even Mark Wahlberg ate at Side A when he was in town doing research for a movie! Everything about their ambiance, food, and service tells the story of local ingredients, local hospitality, and local love. You gotta come try this place!

Side A is the hippest burgers and brews spot in Downtown La Grande. Their food runs the gamut of bistro burger style fare, from the Fried Chicken Sando (with pickled fennel!), the Peanut Butter Bacon Burger, Korean Pork Tacos, and their Dirty Fries (covered in chopped chilies, parmesan, and a spicy aioli). Their recent special "Mac Daddy Burger" was a burger with a deep-fried mac-and-cheese patty on top of the beef patty; it made me feel like the Mayor of Flavortown for days.
Delicious food, apps and bonus its a brewery! A huge staple in our tiny town!
