This place is so good! The food is quick, flavorful, and authentic
Just visited this place for the first time today. The pasta was all home made and has a large variety of pasta to choose from. Same goes for the pasta sauce and all home made. The choice of meat, pasta and sauce was heavenly and was definitely a very unique experience Guy Fieri should try! He won't be disappointed!!
Son owns owned, the father cooked for Bill Clinton, Muhammad Ali and was a celebrity chef. Fast food pasta experience 10/10

It's a nice hole in the wall in a strip mall in Chandler. Pasta bowls are made to order and the cannolis are homemade. The location looks like a dive, small. Definitely a place for Guy Fieri to check out!
It’s a fantastic place where you get to be the creator of your own magical Italian pasta dish! The food is fantastic, with hundreds of different options, it truly allows you to be your own chef!
Tasty, quick Italian in a small strip mall. The owner is lively and working to expand the menu to a number of classic italian dishes. The best thing for us was the ability to customize the dish and add in much needed veggie and meat options. Oh and homemade desserts. Yum!

The food is delicious! Owner was super nice and told us everything is made in house. This includes the sauce, pasta, and much more! You can make your own type of pasta and customize it to your liking. Totally recommend to everyone.

The fresh made custom pasta is to die for. Ive been to Italy an this is the beat i have had in the states. The pasts is fresh, the sauce options are fantastic an i love that i can mix an match based on my mood! Try them out!
Excellent! Freshly baked garlic bread cooked to order. Also they make everything in front of you while you pick your pasta, sauce, and protein. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t worry they have multiple options for sauces and you can mix them as well!
We found pasta 78 while looking for another restaurant, oddly enough. . . Soooo glad we did!!! (Think Italian-Food made to order (including sauces, and all pastas). If I know Guy . . . (Pretty sure I do), this will be on his show sooner (than later)!
The food here is delicious, pasta is made fresh daily. The owner is also very personable and outgoing, so the dining experience is always great.
Pasta 78 is an Italian concept similar to Chipotle. It’s a fast-food meal. Build/Create your own bowl using your imagination. Pick your pasta, choice of sauce, and protein. And of course toppings are a must. This is the first ever restaurant that has this concept and it’s only location is in Chandler, Arizona. Chef Cosmo is a great Chef and dedicated to his passion in building his love of cooking inspired by his father, a past master chef who worked alongside Chef Wolfgang Puck.

Homemade sauce and homemade pasta done in a convenient and cozy manner!! The owner’s came and spoke to me when I visited and his passion was palpable. I haven’t seen anything like this in Chandler, AZ before!!
I think that this restaurant would be a good one for Guy's show, or review. The menu is short, but the food is long on flavor.

Authentic Italian noodles and sauces made fresh in the store, build your own bowl in three minutes. Delicious flavor combinations, best tasting pasta I've ever had in America, rivaling the places I visited in Italy. Puts all of the chain restaurants to shame. And don't get me started on the soft, yet chewy bread sticks!!
It is very tasty Italian cuisine. Homemade pastas and sauces you can’t pick from. Prices are good. Owner operator is full of life and has a passion for his restaurant. He compares it to chipotle but pasta in a bowl. Very yummy and relaxing atmosphere.

A really great Italian good concept. Even though it looks like a Chipotle or Subway of pasta, this is 10000000x better than either of those places! The sauces are all so quality, rich in fresh Italian herbs and so good. They make the pastas fresh daily and everything is divine.

First fast in house pasta joint in America right here in AZ? sign us all up. Everything we tried was so fresh and made to perfection. I was especially a fan of their Pesto78 sauce with that oh so flavorful chicken of theirs. We found out about this place from a local instagrammer and they did NOT disappoint!

First of all the food is so tasty, the smell when you walk in is amazing and just gets you 10 times hungrier. And the service is spectacular. Everything in this restaurant is freshly made from the pasta to the sauce is all fresh made from themselves.

The food is the most delicious food I’ve ever had and I drove 45 minutes to try this. The owner is so nice and welcomed us in and talked about the pasta, the sauce, the restaurant, all of it. You guys have to come here! I just found this place last night had the leftovers for lunch today then came back today for dinner with my friends! I could definitely and will be eating here weekly. There's 7 different sauces and 6 different noodles to choose from! The owner will make you a fresh sauce as well! All fresh pasta all fresh sauce and fresh protein toppings.
