Downtown Flavortown in Pigeon Forge, TN
I was on vacation and was so surprised that Pigeon Forge had a Flavor Town. I went to dinner on Wednesday 9/21/22 night. I was HUGELY disappointed and very underwhelmed. The food was bland, very bland. Highly over priced. I never received the donkey sauce that our server bragged about. The bread pudding was dry, stale and not even warm. We were a party of three adults and two children and our server spent her time chatting up the mother of the children and ignored the rest of the table. I had higher expectations since this is a guy restaurant. I asked other members of my table for their review and everyone agreed, the food was very disappointing.

The food was horrible. Please see my Google review below: We were recommended here by our resort. We aren't impressed to say the least. Presentation was nice, but thats where it ended. We just wanted cheeseburgers and fries. The burgers arrived Dead on Arrival. No choice of how to have them cooked. Just well done amd tough. The fries were the same. And everything was extra salty, If the burgers didn't come with the garlic mayo sauce there would be no flavor at all. The edges of the burger actually hurt my mouth and the bun was need a knife to cut, but after having shoulder sugery was tough to do so I skipped the bun. Our server Monica was pleasant and attentive, however the food runner asked if we needed anything and we said more ketchup and never saw him again. Had to wait for our waitress to make more rounds before getting back to our table. Very disappointed to say the least. So far this week we haven't been impressed with any of the restaurants here in the Gatlinburg Sevierville area. Im sure most real chef's would have sent the food back and left. The music was loud but to be expected in an arcade/ signature establishment. Tourist trap crap at its worst. Guy Fieri would be ashamed of the food, luckily hes getting paid to use his name.
I enjoyed the arcade so did my family. Restaurant on the other hand was awful. Once we were set at our table we had to wait for someone to come for approximately 30 min.That I had run down. The food was good. BBQ wings were awesome out of this world. Then waitedddddddddd forrrrrrr theeeeeeee checkkkk. I had to run the waiter down to pay. I don't think Guy would approve this
