Chellas Arepa Kitchen in Lancaster, PA
Luis Quiroz, the owner of Chellas, has such an interesting backstory of how the restaurant started out. The restaurant made it to #11th in Yelp’s, “Top 100 Places to Eat in the US.” Luis involves his own family recipes and traditions in his cooking. His flavor-bursting Peruvian arepas and delicious homemade sauces are a huge success, and a fan favorite.
