Owner Ryan told me more about the place. He came from Syria about25 years ago, and started this place ten years ago. He has been awarded top chef in Tulsa. The restaurant has been awarded best breaded pork tenderloin sandwich for Oklahoma, and he has several unique dishes from other countries like shawarma, spam and eggs as well as Indian tacos made with Indian fry bread. They make everything from scratch including the flaky biscuits and various kinds of pies. The place is decorated like a classic 50s diner with a jukebox, bar countertop with classic bar stools, down to the checkered floor. On busy weekend mornings, the atmosphere is busy with one person hollering at the cooks (in a good way) to get everything on the order before it goes out. Today like other days, the owner is personally greeting and seating customers. They deserve a look in my opinion.
