This is the best Peruvian food in all of Arizona located in Tucson run by a Peruvian Family. The food is authentic and the best ceviche I have ever eaten, fresh and dishes that will knock you socks off like salmon, mahi mahi, and over 25v different ceviche's. This is a must for Guy to try the best Peruvian restaurant ever?

Would love to see the team visit Villa Peru in Tucson! A local Peruvian family with the Mother & Father, two Daughters & two Sons (total family run operation from Peru) own this restaurant & deliver a taste of Peru that is so unique out here in the desert. They started as dishwashers & bussers 20 years ago, the daughter was a server at the same location (from 20 yrs ago) where they now own Villa Peru! Their story IS the American Dream & the food is off the charts! They run a Ceviche Festival that blows up where they expand their menu to over 18 different Ceviches to pair with their 14 different Pisco Craft Cocktails. Their Pisco Bar is unique & partnered with the Caravedo Family from Peru which is the oldest Ranch in N & S America for Spirits in continuous operation since the 1600s! So rich with history & amazing flavors, the whole family is there every day cooking & serving, what a great place for the team to visit & showcase this Dream of Real-Life!
