Burnt Toast in Willow, AK
The barbecue bacon burger had pulled pork on top of the patty and it was absolutely delicious. They also had amazing fish and chips, and the fries were amazing. It was insanely fresh and delicious, and very simple. A nice vibe, but not many people know about it. We were the only ones who ordered from there, six meals done in 15 minutes, and the soup of the day was an amazing clam chowder. Please bring some people to this place!!!

This restaurant is a small, one woman ran business, with an extensive menu of appetizers, burgers, sandwiches, entrees, and more. Everyone I've talked to reccomends the Hawaiian Teryaki Burger, and after trying it I wholeheartedly agree! I also heavily recommend the fish and chips, because the fish truly just melts in your mouth, and the house made tartar sauce is to die for!
