Scratch made everything. The chicken empanadas with two different sauce (green and pink) were fire. The corn was finely milled and held up to constant dipping. Their traditional mofongo is the best I’ve ever had. The pulled pork was heavy on the cumin. The pork belly and plantains in the mofongo changed my life.
