Dodge City Brewing in Dodge City, KS
Try literally any of the pizzas or beers. I first found this place when my son played football for the Dodge City Conquistadors. We visited to see his games and holy moly the beers and pizzas were amazing. Cool people and just a great place to gather. Please check it out and if I can make it there from FL for the show I'll gladly jump on a plane.
