Handmade pastas, 12 hour sauce and meatballs to die for! The owner / chef Nick is an awesome cook and person. The food was so incredibly delicious that I wanted to lick my plate. The restaurant is quaint but so SMALL that you have to go outside to change your mind.😅 I urge you to come check it out. Thank you Beata Eagan

Nick is a true hustler from working farmers markets, cooking from scratch pasta under a tent by order to opening his own place in town he deserves to be showcased. He just achieved yelps top 100 pasta places in the US at number 4. Yes that's right number 4 in the nation reviewed by real people in little Valparaiso Indiana. Also fun fact, valpo is where orville redenbacher popcorn got its start. Hope everyone there considers featuring this amazing little gem on your show. We'd love to see his efforts to be recognized on your awesome TV show.
