The bistro is in the historical district of Lincoln, Alabama. The building was built in 1900. The owners are an amazing couple that pour their heart and soul into the place. Their original location was only open for six weeks, before it burned down, so they have risen from the ashes in this historic location. The flavors are not what you expect in small town Alabama at all! Bacon, blueberry, brie, grilled cheese, pecan encrusted salmon, Angus ribeyes. Weekly specials, with amazing seasoning profiles.
