Ditch which is a Montauk, NY staple food truck on the sand at ditch plains beach. Been serving locals and visitors since 1994. Open by Lili Adams now ran by her son Grant and daughter Abby. Known for exceptional poke Bowls, mixed plates, lobster salad, sesame noodles, banh Mi, fresh baked mochi banana bread (Baked by Grant’s wife), and many other favorites. Montauk is constantly changing but ditch which has remained a family run business for the past 32 years. We take pride in our food, service, and our small family operation.
