The Biscuit Fix in St. George, UT
This was my first time to visit this places. Menu is not the biggest I’ve seen but very adequate. My family tried three different biscuits. The sausage gravy was my favorite. The strawberry one tasted like old fashioned strawberry shortcake. The chicken and biscuit one was also tasty. The owner was there and he told us he was using and old family recipe for the biscuits. Biscuits were soft, tender and delicious. As I looked around the restaurant I noticed a sign that say ‘ Risk it for the biscuit’ and it reminded me of Guy
