Judy came to Galesburg, Illinois from China a few years ago and has two locations in Galesburg, IL. She is truly living the American Dream. She was recently at the President's 250 celebration in Washington, DC and is marketing her pancake mix nationwide. You have to come see her and taste her food. She has a quirky personality and has become an ambassador to tourism so to speak for Galesburg. One location specializes in breakfast good and the other is more traditional Chinese food.
