Chubby Trout in Elkhart, IN
My cousin Cam has 4 restaurants within walking distance from each other. Chuuby trout is fine dining. Flippin Cow is a high end burger joint. Toasted Turtle is a dive bar with gastro pub vibes and zsmoking Fatty's BBQ . I'm not close to that side of my family but I think he deserves some recognition.
