The Galley Pizza & Eatery in Asbury Park, NJ
One of the best pizza places in the northeast! Not you run of the mill pizza joints, more island/coastal vibes with a unique menu and atmosphere. They make burgers, sandwiches and some other unique food that can be found on their “secret menu”. Everything is fresh and never frozen. as a matter of fact there is an only a small freezer in the back for gluten free pizza dough and frozen desserts. No microwave either! How do I know? I used to work there! I highly recommend the cooper sharp cheesesteak (they sell thousands of them a year!) The station 83 pie, vodka chicken pizza or sandwich. (The vodka sauce is amazing to the point that when I visit from out of state I bring a few quarts home. And my one of my personal favorites, the garlic bread chicken Sammy.
