Dilla Libre started as a food truck before opening its first brick and mortar in Phoenix and a second location in Scottsdale. Dilla Libre specializes in stuffed quesadillas with a crispy cheese skirt around the edge that really makes the meal. Dilla Libre offers a full traditional menu as well as a full vegan menu, both offering tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and bowls. Some stand-out appetizers are the Blue Demon Cauliflower Bites, Elote, and Carne Asada Fries. Also known for some delicious fusion items such as the Banh Mi Tacos and Thai Tacos. Dilla Libre is loved by both locals and travelers, with its fun Lucha Libre themed decor and daily happy hour.

My favorite item is the chickpea chorizo quesadilla. It’s PACKED with flavor and the crispy cheese around the outside is AMAZING. Anybody that comes here would absolutely love it, especially Guy Fieri.

Dilla Libre is known for their quesadillas, but they're much more than your average cheese and tortilla. Each one on their menu is lovingly crafted for flavor. My favorite is their Napoleon Dynamite Quesadilla- it has carne asada, Tapatío Crema, pico de gallo, jack cheese, and the signature tots. And I'm not sharing- you gotta get your own!
We are actually from Boise Idaho visiting here for Pride and we stopped by this restaurant and what nice place. From the decor to the chips and salsa… and the menu… wowza from a Foodie and Food Network Expert this is def worth checking out I swear the Mexican food down here in Arizona puts our Idahoan Mexican food to shame

Small local place with great style and vibes, but even BETTER QUESADILLAS! They have unique flavor combos like Thai and Mexican that taste like they were meant to go together! And the CRUST is AMAZING! I can't make a dilla like that at home! How do they do it?? Most of all we love to support local, especially when it deserves the reputation of great food!
This spot is SO creative with their menu and execution is always GREAT. The vibe is consistent and the food is A1 from day one. Place looks great on camera and is a LOCAL STAPLE!! Guy needs to try!
Great little neighborhood place with super yummy quesadillas!! They aren't like a traditional quesadilla you find at other restaurants, they're much better. And all of their other food is good too 😉
ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL,, elote is soooo good and you can never go wrong with a lil carnitas or carne asada!! Even the margaritas hit no matter what! Worth a try !! Worth my loyalty!

You just can’t really go wrong with any of their menu items here. I particularly enjoy their “Totchos” (carne asada fries but with tots instead) and their California Quesadilla. I’ve been coming here for the past four years pretty regularly, and I try my best to tell as many people about this place, at the risk of this place blowing up and increasing their prices (please give our crew that Day One discount).

I really like the atmosphere with Mexican wrestlers on the wall. The food is great especially for people with food sensitivities. The Tapatil Crema Sauce is so good! Marcus our usual waiter is greater! He remembers us and is so friendly!
Dilla Libra is a unique atmosphere with decor of luchadors and friendly staff! They also have unique menu items. We come here every week as a church staff and if anyone recommends something different they are yelled at! Some favorite items: TOTchos, the quesadillas - the Napoleon Dynamite & The California, Banh Mi Tacos & honestly everything is good! The chips and salsa are also amazing! Their margs looks great also but I’ve never had one since I come during the work days! Highly recommend to come by!

The most interactive decor of any restaurant I’ve been to and love the fried cheese coated quesadillas. Thin crispy chips with a good salsa on the house.

You have to check this place out. It is such a little gem in the Phoenix area. Just to start off they have the most amazing cauliflower bites to die for. They have great combinations that you can get in a bowl a burrito or a quesadilla. Then they have this whole array of tacos. They also have the rum Chata, which is so yummy. The taco menu is off the hook!
Bruh! It's the best for vegans, non-vegans and gluten free peeps to go for some down right comfort food!! The cheese is the cheesiest, not the vibes. The vibes are always good!

Great Mexican food. Carne Asada tacos are great. It’s great that they also have an extensive Vegan menu which very tasty options. It’s rare that you can find a restaurant to support Vegan and Non-vegan guests while providing extensive options for both customers. You should definitely try this place

The Nepoleon Dynamide is so good! The cheese crust on the quesadilla and tater tots inside are absolutely amazing!

The Papa Verde taco at Dilla Libre is absolutely delicious! The preparation is creative and completely different from a traditional potato taco. The flavors and textures make it truly special. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives needs to come visit this unique Phoenix restaurant—this place deserves to be featured!

Amazing gourmet quesadillas! I’ve tried them ALL but my favorite is the All Thai’d Up Dilla! All the quesadillas come with a cheese crown on the edges. It’s delicious and they have a whole vegan menu which my husband loves. Vegan Cauliflower Demon Bites are delicious as well! Served with buffalo sauce and vegan ranch. My kids love the Vegan California burrito. The Banh Mi Tacos are amazing with carnitas, Serranos, Thai basil etc. This place is one of my favorite spots in Phoenix! It is a hole in the wall just like the best restaurants are! Definitely a must visit and taste!!

Stopped in for a quick dinner & pleasantly surprised. We had the Chipotle chicken tacos, papa verde tacos, churros & the dragons blood agua fresca. Flavors were great & service was perfect.
Dilla Libre has the most creative quesadillas you will ever find! Tater tots or French fries in your quesadilla? Yes please! We love it so much, my husband had them cater my 50th birthday party! The vibe is cool and relaxed. Enjoy a local beer or one of their flavored margs!

Dear Guy, They claim “Quesadilla Champions of the World” at Dilla Libre and I humbly and whole-heartedly agree. As a dietitian of over a decade and growing up in Arizona, I know good food in general and I know good Mexican food in particular. One menu item I’m basically obsessed with is the All Thai’d Up Quesadilla. An incredibly delicious mix of sweet, savory, and little bit of spice along with their prized excess crispy cheese bordering the entire ‘dilla, all comes together for a little slice of quesadilla heaven here at Dilla Libre in Phoenix, AZ. Beyond the out-of-this-world tasty and unique food, this spot is a perfect neighborhood gem of a restaurant amidst a gem of a small and unique business strip mall here in North Central Phoenix. Guy Fieri should visit Dilla Libre Uno in Phoenix because the food is creative, full of flavor, and unlike anything you would get at a typical Mexican restaurant. We recently had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla and California Quesadilla, and both were awesome. They were packed with flavor and had a great mix of ingredients that worked really well together. What surprised us most was how everything stayed balanced. There is a lot going on in each quesadilla, but you can still taste the different ingredients. The cheese pulls it all together and somehow keeps everything in place without taking over the dish. The food is fun and different, but it still feels like comfort food. They take something as simple as a quesadilla and make it special. The atmosphere is another reason Guy should check it out. Dilla Libre Uno has the feel of a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant you might find in a Mexican village. It is colorful, casual, relaxed, and has a lot of personality. It does not feel polished or corporate. It feels like a place with its own character. Between the great food, unique flavors, and awesome atmosphere, Dilla Libre Uno feels like exactly the kind of place that belongs on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Guy, come to Phoenix and try the Chipotle Chicken and California Quesadillas. We think you will be glad you did.
This was my first visit and I’ve gone to mexican restaurants around arizona and none have matched the taste and flavor this place brings to the table. Amazing customer service and the food itself was absolutely outstanding.
Flavor, flavor, flavor. Gotta have a Dilla - I’m vegan and can bring my Omni friends and we all love our food. The Californian is bomb. The Blue Demon cauliflower everyone loves. Be sure to get their habanero salsa on the side to take it over the top!!!
As VEGAN’s, we couldn’t be happier with the options. The food is always fresh. The staff is always friendly, and the price is always right. They know how to do flavor, right!
Many options the quesiddla and different styles, cheese melts amazing and the taste is so good. My personal favorite is their churroses the best flavor, perfect filling and delicious coat of sugar on the outside

This Mexican food restaurant has an original concept, offering many different of flavors that can be made into tacos, quesadillas, burritos and bowls. My favorite is the Chupacabra that has chicken, green chiles, and chilie con queso. The staff is always friendly and provide excellent service.
