Dilla Libre started as a food truck before opening its first brick and mortar in Phoenix and a second location in Scottsdale. Dilla Libre specializes in stuffed quesadillas with a crispy cheese skirt around the edge that really makes the meal. Dilla Libre offers a full traditional menu as well as a full vegan menu, both offering tacos, quesadillas, burritos, and bowls. Some stand-out appetizers are the Blue Demon Cauliflower Bites, Elote, and Carne Asada Fries. Also known for some delicious fusion items such as the Banh Mi Tacos and Thai Tacos. Dilla Libre is loved by both locals and travelers, with its fun Lucha Libre themed decor and daily happy hour.

Great Mexican food. Carne Asada tacos are great. It’s great that they also have an extensive Vegan menu which very tasty options. It’s rare that you can find a restaurant to support Vegan and Non-vegan guests while providing extensive options for both customers. You should definitely try this place

My first visit here and I was served a “FREE” virgin margarita. Never had this happen before to me. Fantastic environment and delicious food. What a great combination.
The Nepoleon Dynamide is so good! The cheese crust on the quesadilla and tater tots inside are absolutely amazing!

The Papa Verde taco at Dilla Libre is absolutely delicious! The preparation is creative and completely different from a traditional potato taco. The flavors and textures make it truly special. Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives needs to come visit this unique Phoenix restaurant—this place deserves to be featured!

Amazing gourmet quesadillas! I’ve tried them ALL but my favorite is the All Thai’d Up Dilla! All the quesadillas come with a cheese crown on the edges. It’s delicious and they have a whole vegan menu which my husband loves. Vegan Cauliflower Demon Bites are delicious as well! Served with buffalo sauce and vegan ranch. My kids love the Vegan California burrito. The Banh Mi Tacos are amazing with carnitas, Serranos, Thai basil etc. This place is one of my favorite spots in Phoenix! It is a hole in the wall just like the best restaurants are! Definitely a must visit and taste!!

Stopped in for a quick dinner & pleasantly surprised. We had the Chipotle chicken tacos, papa verde tacos, churros & the dragons blood agua fresca. Flavors were great & service was perfect.
Dilla Libre has the most creative quesadillas you will ever find! Tater tots or French fries in your quesadilla? Yes please! We love it so much, my husband had them cater my 50th birthday party! The vibe is cool and relaxed. Enjoy a local beer or one of their flavored margs!

Dear Guy, They claim “Quesadilla Champions of the World” at Dilla Libre and I humbly and whole-heartedly agree. As a dietitian of over a decade and growing up in Arizona, I know good food in general and I know good Mexican food in particular. One menu item I’m basically obsessed with is the All Thai’d Up Quesadilla. An incredibly delicious mix of sweet, savory, and little bit of spice along with their prized excess crispy cheese bordering the entire ‘dilla, all comes together for a little slice of quesadilla heaven here at Dilla Libre in Phoenix, AZ. Beyond the out-of-this-world tasty and unique food, this spot is a perfect neighborhood gem of a restaurant amidst a gem of a small and unique business strip mall here in North Central Phoenix. Guy Fieri should visit Dilla Libre Uno in Phoenix because the food is creative, full of flavor, and unlike anything you would get at a typical Mexican restaurant. We recently had the Chipotle Chicken Quesadilla and California Quesadilla, and both were awesome. They were packed with flavor and had a great mix of ingredients that worked really well together. What surprised us most was how everything stayed balanced. There is a lot going on in each quesadilla, but you can still taste the different ingredients. The cheese pulls it all together and somehow keeps everything in place without taking over the dish. The food is fun and different, but it still feels like comfort food. They take something as simple as a quesadilla and make it special. The atmosphere is another reason Guy should check it out. Dilla Libre Uno has the feel of a small hole-in-the-wall restaurant you might find in a Mexican village. It is colorful, casual, relaxed, and has a lot of personality. It does not feel polished or corporate. It feels like a place with its own character. Between the great food, unique flavors, and awesome atmosphere, Dilla Libre Uno feels like exactly the kind of place that belongs on Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Guy, come to Phoenix and try the Chipotle Chicken and California Quesadillas. We think you will be glad you did.
This was my first visit and I’ve gone to mexican restaurants around arizona and none have matched the taste and flavor this place brings to the table. Amazing customer service and the food itself was absolutely outstanding.
Flavor, flavor, flavor. Gotta have a Dilla - I’m vegan and can bring my Omni friends and we all love our food. The Californian is bomb. The Blue Demon cauliflower everyone loves. Be sure to get their habanero salsa on the side to take it over the top!!!
As VEGAN’s, we couldn’t be happier with the options. The food is always fresh. The staff is always friendly, and the price is always right. They know how to do flavor, right!
Many options the quesiddla and different styles, cheese melts amazing and the taste is so good. My personal favorite is their churroses the best flavor, perfect filling and delicious coat of sugar on the outside

Recently ate here last weekend for the first time and the food was delicious! I've never had a quesadilla that was so filled to the brim, crispy, and flavorful! Love the whole theme of the restaurant and the decor was cool as well.

This Mexican food restaurant has an original concept, offering many different of flavors that can be made into tacos, quesadillas, burritos and bowls. My favorite is the Chupacabra that has chicken, green chiles, and chilie con queso. The staff is always friendly and provide excellent service.
