It’s located in Carbondale Illinois it’s the home of Southern Illinois University, it’s been open since the 1960s, it’s a staple , there Biscuits and Gravy are legendary as well as there pies, they are packed everyday and the food is phenomenal and the personality of the staff is legendary, I highly recommend you check it out sir, I love your show and it’s right up your alley
