This is a food truck that came to Citrus County about three years ago, but quickly became a fan favorite around this town. They are a family-owned food truck that serves fresh Puerto Rican empanadas but not only do they serve Puerto Rican empanadas they also serve a variety of chicken flavors, beef flavors, dessert flavors, and so much more. This food truck is owned by A veteran who served our country in the Marine Corps and a Puerto Rican who’s always had a dream of owning her own food truck one day and now she gets to do it with her husband and 4 beautiful children!
