Webb's Distillery and Brewery in Aliso Viejo, CA
Our son plays ice hockey in Aliso Viejo california. We just sit there in the cold watching, hungry and thirsty. Until one day. Webbs distillery and restaurant opens right next door. Hallelujah!! We waited looking through the window watching as the restaurant developed, beautiful interior even a caboose on the facade. The aroma was insane! BBQ, brewed beers and spirits on-site. Literally faces pressed against the window until they opened. 3 yrs later its booming. As locals we've toured the distillery and sampled every amazing dish on the menu. As hockey parents it was a dream come true, as foodies its the place we recommend again and again. Unique dishes like corn ribs, beef cheek barbacoa dip sandwich and there unparalleled famous chili. We go there 2 to 3xs per week for hockey, and that place is always packed.
