Good morning, my name is Brett Gomez as the owner of a beloved chicken shack on the south west side of Chicago called mini hut, I wanted to express the opportunity that’s among us. Recently we have made channel 5 NBC news and “crowned the fried chicken king of Chicago”, we have been mentioned in Food network articles, and listed on WGN News as Chicagos best! This is just a little bit of publicity, so let me give some back story. Owner Don Engel of mini hut has been around 70+ years, using a secret Fried chicken recipe in the same neighborhood over these years. He was on many shows, news channels, and featured in many articles. Since then, he passed away in 2022. The restaurant went dark, and I grew up on this food, I love and believe in it so much I tracked down numerous employees and re developed the recipe! It is as good as before if not better and many others say so. We truly believe this is the modern day colonel sanders KFC start up. We are very much open and blessed to show you what we got and we have a very secret breading and recipe no one else has. We also believe the story is magnificent .
