Muchachos Food Truck serves bold New Mexican street food with smoked barbecue influences. Known for tacos, burritos, rice bowls, loaded nachos, and Hatch mac and cheese with brisket or pulled pork, it delivers vibrant flavours, generous portions, and a fun, community-driven catering and event experience. It is the most unique Mexican food experience I’ve had. The hatch Chile Mac quesadilla is amazing!
