In the little tiny town of Walterboro, right off I95 you will find Big Head Ed’s Food Shed. Best smash burgers ever. What started as a food truck evolved to a family owned and operated restaurant. Always a new burger of the month and local brews. They have been voted best burger for 3 yrs now. Go check them out. Family friendly.

So Eddie is a long time friend who has been through anything and everything. He started out working out of a food truck for a few years in the smoldering heat but still showed love and passion for his food. Making handmade smash burgers. Every month he has a burger of the month while keeping some of the classics he has made. In the past year 2025 he has been able to move into a building but other issues have came up so he still has to use his food truck to cook out of but he still has the same love and passion for his business since the day he has started. He has won burger of the year and best food truck for the past 3 years in our small town. He puts his heart and soul into his restaurant and enjoys every minute of it. He has games for the kids, while also trying to host things like trivia night to provide entertainment for everyone in the town. He has even had Buff Bagwell come to his restaurant as a special guest. I have been watching Tripple D for years. I love what the show is about and would love to see Guy show off our small little town and one of my good friend’s restaurant. This is a local own business that is all family that run it. They started out with a food truck then got so much business they e fed up doing a restaurant. The atmosphere is great and always friendly and the smash burgers are amazing and always something different. They have been voted best restaurant past few years and the service is top notch and the food is mouth watering and always delicious would be nice to get them notice here in this small town in local Charleston SC AREA
