Smokey Shack BBQ in Española, NM
Guy should visit this restaurant because it is a small, locally owned and operated BBQ restaurant. Only a couple bbq restaurants are in this part of New Mexico, but this one stands out from the rest. Everything on the menu is made in house from our signature Spicy BBQ Sauce, to the special 3 cheese blend Mac & Cheese. Our menu features the best of BBQ from around the country, with our own little twist put on it. We have Nashville Style Ribs, Carolina Style Pulled Pork, and of course Texas Style Brisket. And of course it wouldn't be New Mexico if you couldn't smother anything you wanted with our Signature Smoked Green Chili Sauce. The owner and Chef has been trained locally for over 20 years, and earned his culinary degree at the Santa Fe Community College. We are in our own lane around here with flavors that we bring to the table, just waiting for the rest of the country to catch on. If Guy comes to Espanola and tries this BBQ, it will without a doubt start a Fieri that can't be put out.
