Dough Drop Pizza in Glendale, CA
We stumbled upon it by accident. We had asked the owner Chris about another place that had closed. Get Chris talking about pizza and he will take you down a rabbit hole on organically and ethically sourced ingredients, and how he does his dough differently from normal pizza dough. His dough is so light and delicious without the bloat. I am trying to figure out to take it on the plane home. We had the Hawaiian Thunder - pepperoni, fresh pineapple and jalapeños, and drizzled with hot honey. 5 stars for sweet and spicy! Right now he only has take out or delivery.
