Their honky sauce and and street pizza are to die 4
The Korean bbq burger and Heatwave are my top two menu items, although it’s hard to choose. I’m rarely someone who eats the crust on my pizza, but it’s impossible not to eat the whole pizza, crust and all, at Ritual.
When I’m visiting Connecticut, Counterweight and Ritual are always my first stop. I don’t usually get toppings on my pizza, but at Ritual, my favorite would have to be the Shroom. The mushrooms are very high quality and every bite is perfect. The wizard puffs are a killer dessert and pair so nicely with a cold beer, and I never like sweets with beer.
Incredible specialty pizza such as crab rangoon
Ritual not only has amazing food but also amazing people. From the specials (like crab Rangoon pizza) to the staple menu it’s hard to not find something you like. Other than pizza they also have my favorite bahn mi dawg and mushroom Swiss burger. They even made one of my “secret menu” orders (skyline fries) a special one week and I felt like a culinary genius. Please come meet the team at Ritual. You won’t regret it.
In a state like Connecticut, it’s hard to find bad pizza. It’s even harder to find unique pizza, which is why Ritual Pizza is such a gem. Nestled inside my favorite brewery, Ritual Pizza makes every visit even better. Their staple menu items are all phenomenal, though I’m partial to the Old Man and the Mushroom Swiss Burger. They also have incredible specials every week, notably the Crab Rangoon pizza, which I will always try to get multiple times before it’s all gone. The staff is also made up of some of the kindest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of speaking to. On the rare occasion that I’m at Counterweight just for a beer and not food, I still love having a chance to check out their specials or just chat with them for a few. If Ritual Pizza didn’t so often have a line to order, I’m not sure I’d share, because I want their menu all to myself.

Great guys that have worked together for years and decided to open their own place. Great food and even better people. And they do it all with a Heavy Metal vibe. They are in a brewery so great drinks are available. They even have music and shows at the venue!

I have personally worked with these boys and a pizza restaurant and have been by their side through them building ritual and I have been to events and every time I would walk around bathroom hallway there was always someone saying did you try ritual pizza? It’s so good they’re amazing human beings. They’re just the best people and pizza incredible I would eat it like every day when I used to work with them. Now I’m lucky to just be really close friends with them and support them and show up for them because they deserve it and spreading the word about not just the people, but their vibes are just incredible. As many people to experience on this possible because it’s just that good and so are they!

Punk rock vibe where weird meets delicious when it comes to the menu. A bunch of crazy specials that will blow anything out of the water in a 25 mile radius. Beer, burgers, dogs and most importantly PIZZA.

These guys run an awesome pizza place featuring creative menu items such as the Street Korn pizza with nacho cheese Doritos on it, handmade sauces, and a skyline chili hot dog as well as a huge list of rotating specials that are always crazy and delicious. The restaurant is branded with a cool metal vibe and located inside a super cool brewery.
