The food is out of bounds, a complete train to Flavortown. Gangster dishes that are flavor bombs. A must to try on a visit to Phoenix. Great neighborhood vibes and a cool atmosphere. Try the All Thai’d Up, spicy Asian inspired chicken dish. They also have a whole vegan menu!

I love dilla libre because of their extensive menu full of both meat and vegan dishes, so anyone can enjoy! My favorite dish is the vegan carne y papas tacos. Their guac and salsa are also incredible. The staff is super friendly and the vibes and atmosphere are always cheerful and relaxed. Come visit!!

Amazing tacos with fun variations like Thai tacos, classics are good too. Mexican wrestler theme, service always kind and on point. All around a great place, not pretentious like a lot of Scottsdale spots, worth a visit. I must see it on tv.
This is a fabulous restaurant with unique style Mexican food and quesadillas that I have never experienced before! I hope you take these restaurants into consideration!

Extensive regular and vegan menu with most items that can be made as a quesadilla, burrito, or a bowl. Everything is delicious. I’m a big fan of the vegan papa verde Dilla. The vegan cheese skirt on it is next level.
They have delicious tacos and the quesadillas are out of this world with interesting ingredients in them, like French fries. Everything is super fresh! Amazing flavors! And, the salsas and guacamole are awesome!!! Super good food!

We love this place bc they have so many vegan options, the flavors are amazing, the portions are huge, the decor and artwork are so cool, and it’s all ran by like 2 people. We’ve been coming here for years and it’s always been the same two guys working their asses off, keeping customers happy! They have so many options, you can turn anything into a burrito, bowls, tacos, or their famous quesadillas. My favorite are the vegan California and the vegan napoleon dynamite quesadillas. The vegan elote and the vegan churros with chocolate sauce are also amazing. They have a super cute patio out back with wrestling and Aztec murals, misters, and plants and herbs growing giving jungle vibes. Inside they have wrestling belts dangling from the rafters, and eclectic art hanging everywhere. They even have a piano! Love this place, Guy needs to “roll on out” here!
Fun dive-y atmosphere. Loved the wrestling belts hanging from the ceiling! But the food was the best part. The beyond carne asada y papas were the best vegan tacos I’ve ever had — and I’ve had a lot! The margarita traditional was perfect. And we loved the Dank Herb cauliflower bites. Such a unique flavor profile. So delicious. Best meal I’ve had in a long time.
The food is absolutely incredible, flavorful, and unique. They have impeccable vegan options that will blow your mind! They most tasty dishes are their vegan burritos and cauliflower bites which meld the most delicious, rich flavors into mouth-watering goodness and flavor! This restaurant works hard to make the atmosphere beautiful the people happy and has great service and vibes! Having inclusive, earth friendly plant based options makes this restaurant truly one of the BEST!
Guy! A must try in Scottsdale, AZ! While this place is easy to miss while driving down the street, once you find it, you will step into a bright, cheery, yet dive-y ambiance that will make you feel like a local regular. We started our meal off with the bottomless chips and house made charred tomato salsa, along with their guac sprinkled with tons of fresh cilantro. Can’t forget about the house margarita was delish :) For the meal, I had the dank shrimp burrito bowl - a bit unexpected and yet the best burrito bowl ever! Shrimp were cooked perfectly, and it had a bit of a barbecue essence. Will be bringing any and all visitors here!
I NEVER order quesadillas anywhere because they aren’t my favorite thing BUT, I ordered the Bahn Migo quesadilla made with a chick pea chorizo (not vegan- I got the Jack cheese) and I’m a changed woman. It was delicious..an explosion of flavor and the carmelized cheese on the outside of the tortilla was delicious! The vibe is cool and immediately reminded of Guy- you need to visit this place!!!
Dilla Libre has such a diverse and fresh menu! Where else has a completely vegan menu on the other side of their meat and dairy filled menu? Everything is killer, from their habanero salsa to award winning churros! If Guy needs his Mexican fix, please stop by! And if he needs someone to join him, twist my arm I’ll be there!

Amazing food, my favorite in Phoenix and a staple for us! Love the vegan menu and the ghost spicy margarita. Waitstaff is super friendly and chill, and it’s just my go-to pick-me-up place!
