Smokey Racks BBQ in Pittsburg, KS
Owner Celeste Baker here. We're a mom-and-pop BBQ joint in Pittsburg, Kansas and 4-time 'Finest of the Four States' BBQ winner. In 2021 I survived necrotizing fasciitis, and building Smokey Racks back up after that is my story. I'm on the smoker daily. Guy needs to try our brisket and ribs, smoked meatloaf, and jacked mac. Loyal Four States following, real working BBQ joint. Contact: Celeste Baker, Restaurant phone 620-670-6777, [email protected] — happy to do interviews, share health reports, photos, whatever the crew needs.
