The Ridge in Nashville, TN, USA
The Ridge is a Dive in West Nashville. They’ve won many Barbecue competitions and their trophies are even on display. Being a Nashville local I know Tennessee BBQ and The Ridge is the BEST I’ve had; better than Center Point BBQ. The flavor of the BBQ is amazing. If we have our annual picnic when we have over hundred people come we order BBQ from them. They also do catering. It’s amazing tasting food for such fast service. Even though Tennessee BBQ is pork they do have brisket too. My favorite thing to get is the BBQ Sandwich (pork) or the BBQ Totchos (tater tot nachos with BBQ). There is limited parking so you have to get there before lunch rush or dinner rush. Other things on the menu include a giant baked potato, catfish, BBQ Nachos, wings. Also a good place to watch the game without having all the drunk people around. Waiters treat you like family and actually check on you frequently. It’s definitely a great place and I think Guy will love the food there. I strongly encourage you guys to give The Ridge a try! -Hannah
