ALL of the sandwiches are amazing and the owner , Rob, and his staff are salt of the earth friendly. The portions are huge , true to Philly/Jersey style. He makes homemade chicken cutlet, his own vodka sauce, roasted red peppers, and the most delicious homemade pesto. ALL of this goes on his Cugine sandwich, which is what I had. Soooooo good. I can’t even describe it properly. Look on instagram!
