Also available are great salads and sides plus a delightful lava potato that is as delicious as it is stunning to see on the plate. The steak is so good, whether you are eating it classically or on a sandwich. The atmosphere is top notch with lots of character and charm. The ingredients are fresh and local where possible, including the cows, all local Missouri. Everything is prepared fresh in-house. The owners/chefs are passionate and truly care about what they do and improving their dishes. They are always looking for new ways to prepare dishes and ways to spice up the menu.
