Just great diner food, great service where they know the customers (my drink is on the table before I even sit down) and a wait staff that has been with them for years. If you come to Muscatine the end of July or the first part of August, you will be able to have the best melons and sweet corn in the world. The restaurant is family owned and they have branched out to a couple of small towns within 20 miles of Muscatine. The owners of Muscatine Waffle and Pancake House are second generation immigrants that have been very successful. We absolutely love the place. Come to Muscatine, Iowa and see for yourself.
