Sweet Caroline's Kitchen & BBQ is a hidden gem tucked inside a Spring Valley Country Club and Golf Course that's over 100 years old in Salem Lakes, Wisconsin, just north of the Illinois border! We're not your average roadside BBQ shack! We're a seasonal, Saturday-night-only restaurant serving scratch-made Texas-style BBQ with a full-service dining experience, complete with friendly wait staff. And here's the best part: we're open to the public, no country club membership required! At the heart of it all is Executive Chef Mark, whose passion for great food and authentic Texas-style BBQ brings something unexpected to southeastern Wisconsin. Our signature dishes include mouthwatering Wagyu Brisket, Amish Chicken, Center Cut Baby Back Ribs, and Pimento Cheese. And don't forget dessert! Sweet Caroline's is named after Executive Chef Mark's wife, Carolynn, with a fun nod to Neil Diamond's famous song, "Sweet Caroline."
