We vacation up the street in Wildwood every summer. Discovered this gem on a day trip to Cape May. We try to go at least 1 more time a year in the offseason. Shamone’s is a 15 course surprise tapas. I’m a picky eater but very much enjoy the excitement of what is coming next. I’ve never had the same thing twice in all my visits. The food is delicious, the presentation is on point, the staff is accommodating, and the atmosphere is popping. George the owner and head chef makes sure to come to your table to chat with you about your experience. It’s a fun time. Don’t be fooled by a tasting restaurant; you will leave full.
