This charming little café is owned by Xavier Luna, my daughter’s softball coach. Every recipe is his own creation, and everything is made fresh—nothing is ever frozen! Recently, a truck driver with 20 years of experience traveling across the United States and eating at restaurants all over the country tried Xavier’s country-fried steak and said it was, hands down, the best he had ever had in the entire U.S.!
