Go to Nederland, Colorado
By happenstance, we ended up in Nederland, Colorado this month and to our pleasant surprise it's a culinary treasure. The two standouts is the Train Cars Coffee & Kava where they make their own donuts, and specialized breakfast sandwiches in a former train car decked out with local art. The other is Busey Brews and Smokehouse, which is a Colorado take on BBQ with all types of specialized dishes (chili, soup, etc). There are other eateries worth checking out to. A treasure. Perfect for Fieri.
