Weight's BBQ in AR
It is some of the best tx bbq you will ever eat, the meat on the ribs just slides off clean and clear, they don't even offer bbq sauce you just get meat juice almost like a juis. Family business started by a pastor in the 50s and it has been family run ever since. The entire building is probably smaller than my 1 bedroom apartment (idk 700 squaure feet maybe?) but they manage to make some of the best bbq I've ever had all with the smokers out back. I'm not entirely sure if the chapel right behind it is where the founder actually preached. Tiny town noone has ever heard of in TX, but they deserve all of the recognition in the world. You will enter a meat coma and their collard greens are next level. You would not be disappointed if you try them. My favorite thing is the Abraham plate which is brisket (melt in your mouth) sausage and again the amazing ribs. They also donate to local first responders and veterans. Their entire front display is all local first responders and those who have tragically passed. I don't know if I'm doing a good job describing them but I've tried my best. Amazing place.
