Curbside Cookin in Bridgewater, MA
We are a small food trailer run by a husband, wife & son team in Bridgewater Massachusetts. We make comfort food, burgers, hot dogs, chili cheese dogs, fries, fried chicken sandwiches and our most popular signature burger The Lumberjack Burger, it is a 1/4 lb. Angus cheeseburger with lettuce, bacon, onion rings and a special maple aioli sauce. We created this sandwich name because we are a family of Lumberjacks. We have been competing in Lumberjack competitions for almost 20 years all around New England, chopping wood, throwing axes, crosscut sawing and running chainsaws. This unique sport is what would make a very interesting show, not only could we cook for you but we could have Guy try some fun at our place with axes and chainsaws. We are in our second season with our food trailer at a fixed location across the street from our son's automotive and small engine repair shop in a busy industrial park. Everything we do is about family and serving people affordable comfort food. We also do events at a local brewery that does many charitable events for local veterans. I think our small home town roots make us easy to relate to and we would love to show what our little trailer has to offer. I would say I am not the greatest at marketing and social media (I am learning) but everyone that tries our food loves it and to be on your show would be amazing and help create a larger following for us to share our food with more people.
