Poppy's on Pollack in New Bern, NC
Located in downtown, historical New Bern, NC, this unique spot has changed ownership a few times, however, some of these amazing dishes remain unchanged - candied bacon, candied bacon pimento dip, 5 cheese buffalo and Mac. It is an establishment focused on bourbon choices, beverages, and unique bourbon menu items. I am just a patron, but Guy would love a trip to New Bern to trip this special spot!
