I am retired national guard soldier and I am always thanked for my service . Many people have forgotten to thank the wives and spouses of those soldiers who have gone without them , who have held it down raising families, taking care of homes and being there for there community while being alone while spouse is deployed or at training . Jac n Jill bakery is ran by my spouse who creates everything from scratch. She feeds the community and takes the time to make everyone who comes into her bakery feel special . She is there at 0300 three days a week and works 60-70 hours a week to create truly amazing pastries and meals .she focuses on using clean ingredients and organic ingredients when able.
