Little Seed Kitchen & Bakery in Sparta, NC, USA
Hello, Long time fan. First time writing. I've been watching since 2007. Love the show. The reason that I am submitting the little seed. Is because it's asain fusion with southern twist. The owners Jill and Steve Harrington. Are so awesome. It's a family business. Sometimes you will see there daughter helping out. She is almost a freshman in high school. Jill has Fresh baked sourdough, cookies and some kind of cupcakes or tart everyday. Jill also does focaccia friday. Steve has my favorite dish spicy pho. The fried rice with an egg is really good too. Every once and a while steve will have a poke bowl on special. Brunch Saturday have fresh baked bagels. So a little bit about the town of Sparta, NC. Located in Alleghany county. There is about 11000 people in it. It's a interesting place. With the blue ridge parkway running through the county. It's an outdoor adventure. It's beautiful watching the seasons pass. You would think that because we are in NC that it is really hot in the summer. Because of the elevation it only got to the mid 90 this passed summer. When it gets that hot we have the new river. Great for a nice float. Come October. So beautiful with all the reds, oranges, yellow and brown leaves.
