Coals Artisan Pizza in Middletown, KY, USA
Let me start out with my age, I am 10 years old. We first ate at Coals about a year and a half ago and our family loves this place. They have a huge wood fired pizza oven that you can watch them make all the pizzas. Its super hot and cooks the pizza to a perfect crust that is pillowy soft on top and crispy on the bottom. They have a pepperoni pizza that has a hot honey drizzled overtop of the pizza and it is the best pizza I have ever had. My dad has tried the wings and he loves them(I am a fan of smoked wings not fried). I would like for them to be on your show because they have the best pizza in Louisville!!
