Mercato in Carro, NC
I saw this restaurant this morning on PBS, and think it us a good one for Guy and Diners, Drive Ins and Dives. The restaurant is primarily a pizza restaurant, but serves pasta dishes, great looking salads and more. The owner and chef has a great kitchen staff, they make their own dough fir pizza and pastas, and have unique pizzas, pasta dishes, salads, etc. I love watching your show, and I think this small restaurant in a small North Carolina town Carrboro is a good fit for your show, and I hope you research it and possibly will put it on your radar for showing it.
