The pulled pork, ribs, rib tips that need no sauce. The Carmelized brown sugar in the rub gives just the perfect hint of sweet. The griddle cooked mashed potatoes. The super creamy Mac and cheese. The jalapeño cornbread. The hot dogs are amazing too. BBQ sauce cole slaw and crisp pulled pork all on a perfectly cooked hot dog and soft bun.
