Jaime says: Guy really needs to try Aviator's Smokehouse. They have a great combination of BBQ and beer. Started out at a hanger at the old Raleigh airport and moved to historic Fuquay-Varina. The Tap House is located in the old train station and the Smoke House is right across the street. You can order your meal at the Tap House and it will be brought over. The ribs/wings and the best in my opinion, along with Devils Tripel beer. You can't go wrong! Love the show!

Kelli says: About twenty minutes south of Raleigh, NC lies the small town of Fuquay-Varina, which plays host to one of the best breweries and entrepreneurial stories in the South. Mark Doble is a great guy and an even better beer maker. What started as a small brewery/bar in an airplane hanger and turned into one of the fastest growing craft breweries in North Carolina. Aviator Brewing is consistently voted one of the best beers in Raleigh. Stop in for a visit, some barbecue, and a great beer.

Chris says: Hey Guy, You have to try out Aviator Brewing Company in Fuquay Varina, NC. They have three awesome oocwtions, all in the same town. First is the tap house. Cool little bar in an re-furbished train depot. They have all thrir beer on tab, have live music, and food from thier smokehouse. Speaking of the smokehouse, it is located directly across the street from the taphouse. Of course it gas that awesome smoky smell all goid bbq places shoukd have. All the food is amazing! From the black mamba wings, the finger licking ribs, the juicy burgers, and of ciursr traditional NC pulled pork. Their last location is a little bit down the road. The brewery itself. Here you csn get tours of the facility with samples included. They also have a full bar with all thier beers on tap. Might be a good idea to bring a sleeping bag, as once you start drinking, you will not want to stop!! Some of thier brews are hot rod red, hog wild ipa, and my favorite, devil's tramping ground! Aviator is located at the bottom of the NC triangle, so you would also have all of Raleigh, Durham, and Chapel Hill to visit so you could round out the show

BJ Blankenship says: Guy, I've got a great place for you to try, a place called The Aviator Smokehouse! A small BBQ joint in Fuquay-Varina, NC. This place is unbelievable! The restaurant is connected to a brewery of the same name and they make great beer in addition to their awesome food. The wings are the best my family and I have ever had! They smoke them before grilling them and adding a variety of sauces. The smoky flavor comes through loud and proud. Then, there's the burgers and BBQ sandwiches! You just have to try it all. Please send your producers, crew, and anyone else to Fuquay to show the rest of the country what we're made of here in NC. You won't be sorry you came! Sincerely, BJ Blankenship

Shevais says: I think Guy needs to come on down to central North Carolina and head to the small town of Fuquay-Varina and to the Aviator Brewing Company's Smokehouse Restaurant. This is the most popular brewery and smokehouse in the county. Their wings are the best I have EVER had. The slow smoke them and then quick fry them before adding their homemade flavors, most of which are made using their own beers. Their MocoLoco wings are out of this world, and go best when washed down by their famous Devils Tramping Ground Trippel. This place truly meets the DDD criteria as it is a local homegrown place that attracts both locals and those from a far. You will not be disappointed and could expose this local gem to the masses!

Dan says: Guy should ramble through the Aviator Brewhouse here in Fuquay-Varina, NC! Located just 15 miles south of Raliegh, on 401. The taproom is located in the olde Varina station, snugged up to the tracks it used to serve greeting the parties that came to "take the waters" at the towns spa in the early 1900's.. Across the street is the smoke house resturant, serving all types of smokey BBQ delight. My suggestion? Have Guy wrap his lips around the moko-loko wings, with a pint of Devils Tramping Ground (9.2%) to wash them down! It's a great place with a great crowd! The type of "dive" that would perk your viewers interest! Cheers! Dan Green

**Rhonda Fonicello says:** Guy, You should make a trip to Fuquay-Varina (pronounced FEW-KWAY VAH REE NAH) North Carolina to our favorite craft brew pub, The Aviator Tap Room. The Devils Tripel beer with it's ever so slight ABV (9.4%) and an order of MocoLoco wings will win you over! Rhonda Fonicello

**Starr McDowell says:** Awesome smoked meat and great story too! They use to brew their own beer in a small airport hangar. They opened it up to the public on Friday and Saturday nights. With only word of mouth they became very popular regardless of their out of way location. They eventually moved into town in a more traditional space. They now have a restaurant and right across the small street is the bar( the staff sometimes have to cross the street with food for the bar patrons!!:) it's a wonderful family atmosphere and a delicious smell too. And ofcourse plenty of their own brewed beer!!
