Lexington, Texas:Every Saturday morning at 0830 the doors open at Snow's Barbeque, and they serve until the meat runs out. Mainly an open air joint, it was Texas Monthly magazine's "best BBQ" from 2008 until this year. (I haven't checked the new #1, Franklins.) You'll love the pitmaster, she's great!You'll also get a kick out of the pits themselves and the very small townLocation and beautiful countryside.
